You can receive money on Payoneer account via specially contracted services (eg. UpWork) which working with Payoneer by registering your Payonner card on their services. Another way is to get paid by any US or EU company on personal bank account that Payonner opened for you. Payments in the United States go through the ACH system and in the EU zone via SWIFT.
Payoneer’s compatibility with other accounts (PayPal, Skrill, …)
Payoneer card or bank account can be connected with services such as Paypal and Skrill, and others (eg. Google Wallet). For example, you can pay on eBay through PayPal to withdraw money from the Payoneer account. Or pay by Skrill to withdraw money from the Payoneer account.
Do Payoneer subject to tax inspection?
Income Payonner bank account subject to tax supervision and depending on the agility of the tax policy of the state which receive the funds can be controlled or not. Please note that Payoneer cannot be fluent in all tax related issues in each country, and you are therefore responsible for reporting to all applicable government tax authorities the earnings received and funded to your Payoneer Account. In addition, you are responsible for reporting the payments of any applicable local, state, province, and /or federal, domestic or international taxes that apply to such earnings.

The exact fees of the card depend on Payoneer’s agreement with your Payoneer mass payout company as well as on the card usage.
